Day Care Centre, Ebenezer Home, Chennai, India
Not far from Chennai (Madras) is the Ebenezer Home which is a Christian home for over 250 children whose parents are dead or unable to care for them. The Day Care Centre is a nursery for 30 local pre-school children and is funded entirely by Caring and
Sharing.

The children are taught a little, including their numbers and some basic English. They play, dance and sing, have stories read to them and have a good meal at mid-day. So successful has the centre been that there are hopes to start up similar centres in the villages nearby.
